Wishing everyone a Brighter 2023
Sharing the holidays, especially Christmas, with our family is always the best. Never-ending banter, laughter, and gossip made our dinner complete. This year we chose to bring the Philippines to our Canadian table. Boodle fight, as you call the spread of food, using banana leaves as your base, and arrange the plain rice and garlic fried rice, smoked milk fish, fried milk fish, pork BBQ, shrimp, motoyaki oysters, tomatoes, and the best dried fish in town. We ate Kamayan style or with our pre-washed hands while digging into our favorite foods. You can eat until you satisfy your cravings. To avoid contamination, we used serving spoons.

From my family to yours, a prosperous and abundant blessing this
New Year 2023!!!
